게시중단 요청 및 권리침해 신고 안내

공개된 게시물로 인하여 저작권침해, 명예훼손, 사생활 침해 등의 피해가 발생될 경우에는 권리침해신고 중 명예훼손 신고를 통해서 문제가 되는 게시물의 차단을 요청할 수 있습니다.
신고방법은 아래 내용을 확인해주세요.
권리침해 신고가 접수되면 게시중단이 이뤄지며, 이와 함께 게시자의 이메일 주소 등 게시자에게 연락 가능한 수단이 있는 경우, 이를 통해 권리침해로 인한 게시중단 사실과 함께 게시자에게 해당 게시물로 인한 권리침해 내용(신고자 신상정보 제외)이 전달됩니다.

Requesting Content Removal and Reporting Rights Infringement

We take the intellectual property rights of others seriously and require that our Customers and their Authorized Users do the same.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act established a process for addressing claims of copyright infringement that we have implemented for Slack services. If you own a copyright or have authority to act on behalf of a copyright owner and want to report a claim that a third party is infringing that material on or through a Slack service, please send a notice to our copyright agent that includes all of the items below and we will expeditiously take appropriate action:

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim is being infringed;
A description of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed or access to which you want disabled and the URL or other location of that material;
Your address, telephone number, and email address;
The following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material I am complaining of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)”;
The following statement: “The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed”; and
An electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
